By signing up for Silt, you agree to the following terms.

Program description

Silt is a daily SMS service. Each morning, opted-in subscribers receive one message containing a piece of curated cultural content — a poem, artwork, piece of music, ritual, or quote — selected to be meaningful to the recipient.

Message frequency

One message per day. Frequency may vary during maintenance periods.

Message & data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Silt does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt in

You opt in by visiting silt-app.netlify.app and submitting your phone number and first name via the signup form, and checking the consent box.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any Silt message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a confirmation and will not receive further messages.

Reply HELP to any Silt message for assistance, or send us a message.

Supported carriers

Silt is compatible with all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your data is used only to deliver and personalize Silt messages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
